ABOUT ME

Before I became a guide for others, I became a devoted student of the inner world of the human psyche and Soul.

My path has never been linear; it has unfolded like a long apprenticeship—one shaped by scholarship, spiritual discipline, my own deep inner work, and a fierce commitment to understanding the many layers of human consciousness so that I could help others do the same.

Over the past two decades, I have trained across multiple traditions: Jungian psychology, energetic and soul healing modalities and spiritual coaching, soul-based meditative practices, business and leadership coaching, and the mystical arts of dream interpretation, past-life healing, and spiritual mentorship.

My work moves deeply into the terrain of the Shadow—helping people meet, integrate, and alchemise the forgotten and disowned aspects of the self—while also honouring the insights of neuroscience. My aim is to illuminate the natural relationship between the brain, the psyche, and the Soul—a relationship which, when understood, allows us to actively and intelligently commune with higher dimensions of reality for guidance, insight, and support.

A Path Shaped by Depth, Discipline, and Devotion

Each qualification represents more than a certificate. It reflects countless hours spent in the study of consciousness; thousands of client sessions and years of sitting with people listening for the deeper language beneath their words to facilitate lasting transformation; and all enriched by a lifelong dedication to bridging psychology with spirituality, intellect with intuition, and the ancient with the modern.

Guided by Pioneers and Master Teachers

My training has been shaped not only by formal study, but also by the lineages and master teachers whose work continues to inform my own. I have had the great privilege of studying with some of the foremost teachers of our time in the fields of human development, consciousness, and spiritual growth.

Dr Brian Weiss, pioneer of past-life regression and author of Only Love Is Real, with whom I undertook immersive study in past-life regression.

Neale Donald Walsch, renowned author of the Conversations with God series, with whom I undertook a six-month intensive spiritual mentorship programme, and later had the immense privilege of working in a one-to-one mentorship capacity.

Eckhart Tolle, author of The Power of Now and A New Earth, whose teachings on presence continue to inform my practice, and with whom I completed the advanced four-month Becoming a Teacher of Presence training programme.

Denise Linn, best-selling Hay House author and creator of the Soul Coaching® Program, by whom I had the great privilege of being trained, and who later invited me to co-host an episode of her Hay House Radio Show, where we explored practices for deepening one's relationship with the Soul.

Each of these extraordinary teachers has profoundly shaped the direction, depth, and spiritual integrity of my work. And yet, my work is not a reflection of any one lineage—it is the integration of many, distilled through lived experience, direct insight, and a deepening relationship with the Soul.

In addition to this, I carry the lineage of the original Usui Reiki tradition, through which I am a Master Practitioner and Teacher — a lineage that honours the purity, integrity, and original spiritual philosophy of this healing system.

And so, with reverence for every lineage and body of learning that has shaped me as a spiritual practitioner and guide, below is the formal path that underpins my work.
